All workshops are delivered live online by qualified coaches with lived experience of mental health challenges, supported by formal mental health qualifications and extensive professional backgrounds in healthcare management, sport performance, and military service.

 

Katie brings experience from healthcare leadership and management, with deep insight into burnout, emotional load, and the pressures faced by high-performing professionals navigating work, family, and wellbeing. Adrian brings over 12 years of active military service in a highly fitness-focused infantry role, where strength, athleticism, resilience, and performance under pressure were essential to daily life and operational success.

 

Adrian competed at elite levels within the British Army, including achieving silver at Cambrian Patrol, one of the Army’s most demanding global endurance competitions, has operational combat experience in Afghanistan, alongside individual recognition from the US Army during overseas exercises. Since leaving the Army in 2023, he has translated this experience into professional coaching through advanced fitness, performance, and mental health training, supporting strength, resilience, and sustainable high performance.

 

Together, Katie and Adrian combine science-backed coaching, lived experience of pressure and recovery, and a deeply person-focused approach, ensuring this programme is practical, credible, and tailored to real lives — not ideal ones. Every workshop blends evidence-based education with compassionate delivery, designed to help participants rebuild energy, performance, and confidence without sacrificing health, relationships, or identity.
