We have many options available for our clients based on type of training, space required and client preferences.

CLASSES - Indoor (BESTWOOD VILLAGE community centre) Outdoor - Limitless locations Weather Permitting

We're also accommodating and welcome to suitable mobile training locations.

EQUIPMENT

We have a wide range of our own equipment from Cardio equipment (treadmill, spin bike etc) to Squat Rack with over 200kg in personalised olympic plates and bars.

Outdoor cardio equipment from agility to ropes and bands and class circuit weight equipment for mobile and class training.  We also have access to weight training equipment at the private gym we hire.
