Circuit Classes, Mobility & Running Classes Bestwood Village

From the 15th Nov we are running Circuit Classes from The Welfare Community Centre on Moor Road in Bestwood Village on Weds at 6pm and Saturday mornings from 9am.  

Our mobility class is run on a Weds at 6pm and Running Class on Sunday mornings from 9am.
